The New Year is almost here and it’s almost time for The Ultimate You Mind, Body, and Nutrition Challenge! On this 4 week journey together, we'll combine workouts and nutrition coaching to help you lose body fat, build muscle, and become stronger!
I will also provide you with tools and tips to become more aware of meeting your health and wellness goals. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits daily to attain better physical and mental health outcomes so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.
On my app you will have a different set of goals everyday to improve your lifestyle overall. You will have access to your scheduled tasks and the best part is you will receive reminders to keep you on track.

Weigh-In, Fitness Assessment & Progress Photos are DUE: Sunday, January 3rd, 2021
- You are responsible for your Weigh-In, Fitness Assessment & Progress Photos at home. Make sure you have a scale and measuring tape (Body fat is Optional). Visit "Shop" on this website to purchase a scale that can do your body fat and a measuring tape that's easy for you to use on you own. If you have a scale already, check out the hand help body fat reader!
- Progress Photos can be taken in the comfort of you own home. Normally, I like progress photos for women to be done in a swim suit and men in briefs. This way you can actually see your improvement without your clothing in the way. This is completely optional and you're before and after photos are for your eyes only!
- Optional: Best Booty Award- If you want to submit your before and after booty pics I will judge your bum based off of measurements and photos (I can use your before and after photos)
