Boot Camp class are for all fitness levels. During classes we focus on circuit training which makes it easy for you to work at your own pace. Circuit training increases your heart rate which produces a significant cardio-respiratory response. You're ultimately putting in some cardio as well!
The whole idea behind circuit training is to work different muscles at the same time with a minimal amount of rest. Because you alternate which body part you're targeting, one muscle group rests while the other is working. This is why every day has 1-3 muscle groups we will focus on. This way you can come in everyday without over training a specific muscle group.
