SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT
If you're a new client your account can be set up two ways.
- I can start your account with your basic details before you purchase a package. Once I do this you will receive an email to set your password from Ultimate You Fitness/My PT Hub.
- If you purchased a membership, personal training, or a class pass you will automatically go through the sign up and will need to log all of you information on your own.
HOW TO ADJUST YOUR SETTINGS
After your account is set up make sure to view your setting on your account and allow My PT Hub to send you notifications to keep you up to date with nutritional plans/guides, new workouts, files and forms.
HOW TO FIND & TRACK YOUR INFO
The Hub is where you will be able to access and track all of your information.
- Start a Workout
- Add Progress Photo
- Log Nutrition
- Update Metrics

VIEW SCHEDULE FOR AN UP COMING CHALLENGE
Here is how you access the a Challenge. (This is an example from our Mind-Body & Nutrition challenge 2021)
During a Challenge you will get daily reminders for what you need to log on the app. Remember you do not need to log anything this isn't under the Challenge Schedule.
Here are a few things you will see under the Challenges schedule.
- Go to the My PT Hub App
- Click Programs
- Click New Years Challenge
- Click which week you are on
- View the tasks for that day
During a Challenge you will get daily reminders for what you need to log on the app. Remember you do not need to log anything this isn't under the Challenge Schedule.

- Log & track your workouts
- Track your nutrition & water in-take (Link your My Fitness Pal)
- Weekly Example Meal Plans
- Beginner's guide to meal prepping
- How to create your own meal plan
- Learn about macronutrients & portion control
- Self care education: Idea's for movement, Anxiety Tool Box, and Sleep & Stress Recovery.
HOW THE PROGRAMS SCHEDULE WORKSEveryday you will have a different set of tasks. By clicking the tasks on your schedule you will see your tasks which are color coded.
GREEN: prescribed workouts for that day. BLUE : Example meal plans and nutrition logging ORANGE: Files to read and make sure to see if any forms are due. PURPLE: Measurements & Progress Photos. |
HOW TO VIEW WORKOUT VIDEOS & DEMOS
If you're unsure how to execute a movement you can click the image for more information and watch a video demo of how to do the exercise.
LOGGING YOUR WORKOUTS
Here is how you can log your workouts!
- Select workout under the challenge
- Click start workout
- Check off the boxes of the exercise completed
- Click Finish workout
- If you have any feed back or questions fill out the text box. Whether you left a comment or not please make sure to click Finish one more time!
CHAT WITH YOUR TRAINER ON THE APP
If you have questions feel free to message your trainer on the app!
- Go to chat
- Click Your trainers name
- Send a message!
