How dose Virtual Training Work?
  • I offer these through Virtual Training through Video Chat and my Fitness and Nutrition App (iOS or Android)
  • All Workouts and Nutrition Plans are Personalized for every client and are accessed through the App and Online. 
  • Workout plans can be created around what you have access to at your home or gym.

Virtual Training: Beginner | 3 Week Program ($15)

TRAIN AT HOME ON MY FITNESS & NUTRITION APP

Beginner | 3 Week Program ($15)

Follow along with the program for 3 weeks, and I'm sure you'll feel the difference! You will be able to follow videos for all of your workouts, and the only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells. 

Once you've signed up for the program, you will have FULL ACCESS to the "Ultimate You Fitness App." The best part is You and I will be able to monitor all of your progress (workouts, nutrition, and measurements). I'm very excited to help you become the ULTIMATE YOU!

BEGINNER 3-WEEK PROGRAM
PROGRAM DETAILS
  • $15.00 ONE TIME PAYMENT
  • Scheduled 3-week program
  • LOW-NO Impact Workouts (apartment and joint friendly)
  • 4 workouts per week (Upper, Lower, Core and Yoga)
  • Equipment needed: dumbbells
  • Follow along with videos for each workout
  • Example meal plan included: Female Maintenance
  • After completing your 3-week program, you will also receive $15 OFF your Fitness and Nutrition Assessment. The only request I have is that you Log your Nutrition every day for at least one week. But, if you do it every day for 3-weeks, I will have a better understanding of your habits.
