 Helms Port is a gated community and classes are for Helms Port Homeowners ONLY! You can NOT use Gym Classes passes to attend this event. ​

Boot Camp:Tuesday's & Thursday's 
8:45-9:15 AM
Yoga: Saturday's
9:00-9:45 AM


WHERE
Classes will take place inside or outside the Clubhouse.
​If we go outside we will be to the right of the club on the outdoor patio in front of the parking lot. 


WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Water
  • Towel
  • Yoga Mat 
$10 Single Drop Pass
  • Don't want to commit to the month no worries! Buy passes as you go!
  • Everyone who will be attending must sign up and pay online/through the app. I will not be excepting cash do to Covid-19.
Single Class Pass
$45 a Month for UNLIMITED CLASSES
  • Everyone who will be attending must sign up and pay online/through the app. I will not be excepting cash do to Covid-19.
  • Classes are held 3x a week for 4 weeks. ($3.75 a class)
  • Attend as many classes as you like for the month of October at the Helms Port Clubhouse!

MIND-BODY & NUTRITION CHALLENGE

HYBRID: GROUP CLASSES & VIRTUAL TRAINING
4 Week Challenge Start & Ends Dates
  • STARTS: Sunday, January 3rd, 2021 (You will have full access to challenge on start date)
  • ENDS: Sunday, January 31st, 2021
  • WINNER & AWARDS ANNOUNCED:  Friday, February 5th, 2021

Weigh-In, Fitness Assessment & Progress Photos will be held on Sunday, January 3rd, 2021
December 28th I will Send out the weigh-in times for everyone to show up at the gym (800 Shipyard Blvd) . If your scheduled time doesn't work you must contact me ASAP to reschedule you another time on Sunday. 
  • Progress Photos can be taken in the comfort of you own home. Normally, I like progress photos for women to be done in a swim suit and men in briefs. This way you can actually see your improvement without your clothing in the way. This is completely optional and you're before and after photos are for your eyes only!
    • Optional: Best Booty Award- If you want to submit your before and after booty pics I will judge your bum based off of measurements and photos (I can use your before and after photos)

MON- Virtual Workout (Biceps, Triceps, & Shoulders)
TUE- Helms Port Boot Camp (HIIT Booty & Abs)
WED- Virtual Workout (Full Body)
THU- Helms Port  Boot Camp (HIIT Chest & Back)
FRI- Virtual Workout (Legs & Obliques)
SAT- Yoga & Helms or follow along with video on app.

STARTING 01/03/21 YOU WILL HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THE CHALLENGES WORKOUTS, MIND-BODY , NUTRITION, AND EDUCATIONAL GUIDES.
