Boot Camp classes are for all fitness levels. We focus on circuit training during classes, making it easy for you to work at your own pace. In addition, circuit training increases your heart rate, which produces a significant cardio-respiratory response. So you're ultimately putting in some cardio as well!
The whole idea behind circuit training is to work different muscles simultaneously with minimal rest. Because you alternate which body part you're targeting, one muscle group rests while the other is working. So every day, we will focus on 1-3 muscle groups. This way, you can come in every day without overtraining a specific muscle group.
